The Treatment can be prescribed by a doctor because you are Covid positive it is just not a normal fever or anything that I will advise you with a medicine so please I would really advise you to consult your doctor for you and for your child and go ahead with a medicine suggested but make sure that you and your child both are having extremely good amount of liquid for
