Neelam sharmaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy1 week agoA. Mucus comes in poop and also baby is passing motions frequently is might be due to infection please check with your doctor regarding this once as he will guide you better post proper examination of baby and suggest medication and cause accordingly
