A. Yes, dry fruits can be introduced in baby's diet as early as 8 months. You should start giving it as whole or overnight soaked or mixing different nuts and edible seeds and make powder. This powder, you can add in all the foods once a day. Giving soaked dates in the morning is great source of iron.
