ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician9 months agoA. Please let me know if the rashes are with fever or without fever. Sometimes shall get rashes first and then the fever starts. This can be allergic or viral. You can start giving syrup cetzine 2.5 ML night time for five days, also, apply Atogla lotion every day at least two times

You can apply calamine lotion on the entire body this is going to help in reducing down the rashes over the period but currently don’t apply anything else on the body if you’re giving a bath to the child just use plain water and then after words apply the screen the 3 to 4 times in the day
