Hi Mom, you can start weaning foods once baby completes 6 months. till then, continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months. as mother's milk have all required nutrients for baby's growth and health. feed on regular intervals. maintain good hygiene. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you shuld exclusively breastfeed your baby till the bbay compltes 6 months and if the breast milk is nt sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and nothing else till the baby compltes 6 months.. semi solid can be given after baby complete 6 months
