#asktheexperts For my twin babies, we are using Aptimal gold 2. We’ve started giving them solid foods as well but we’ve also noticed that they frequently get constipated. Please advice if we should stick with Aptimal gold 2 or switch to Enfamil

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom make sure it isnt too thick in consistency and he is given fluids and also semi.solid consistency foods as well too as that would be helpful and also you may try to change the formula and observe for the change
