#asktheexperts for 5 months plus baby girl. we are planning to start solid food. what can we feed her and how many times in a day should we start with?

Maam it does not matter what we plan or what we want to do at the end of the day you should follow what is the right protocol and it is at once your child is six months complete post that only you can start giving food to the child prior to that it is just not advisable
