Try bananas, rice, applesauce or toast if they are a bit queasy. If you can get in some vegetables – go for it, but focus more on getting them nourished!

give her easy to digest food
give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night
