A. Dear parent, give all family foods to your child. Homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give all types of grains, cereal and pulses.
