#asktheexperts food items to be eaten for baby's weight gain during 2 months ..... plz send the list on priority

A. Hello dear As a new mother or as a breastfeeding mother, you should have all the green leafy vegetables and fruits which are full of fibre. You can have milk at least three times a day. You can have got porridge panjiri nuts Also you can have eggs and chicken later on but not immediately after the delivery. Like after having the baby you can have it after three months, you can have lots of water avoid junk food. The food which causes gas to the child like rajma curry, black Dal potatoes should be avoided.
