Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday afnd maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatcment.
clean the area with soap and water

you can use espirit solution to clean..
boric acid talc on the naval..
