#asktheexperts f for my 5 year old son Laksh he is on a 10 sentile wait though very active how can I build his health in terms of weight

A. Namaste Mom Provide healthy home made foods including foods from varied food groups as such some their metabolism could be such that they dont gain weight that very easily and hence in spite of eating well the weight is less include foods such as ghee butter panner dry fruits nuts and seeds give legumes such as chana lobia etc eggs chicken if preferred
