Have you heard of growth pain because after the age of 3 1/2 years till the age of 13 years kids can suffer with growth pain because the body is increasing the legs are taking their shape the bones are increasing which massage before sleeping and also I’m going to advise you to start with calcium and vitamin D after consulting your doctor
