#asktheexperts dr plz tell me my baby wont eat anything as she just lock her lips tightly and mainy night she wont sleep till 11 pm we have to make her sleep forcefully.. plzz answer

A. Hello good evening !! Engage baby in physical activities playing outdoor,sun exposure . Physical activities,baby gear utilises energy in baby and they will have Interest in food and gets sound sleep. Do regular oil massage it helps in relaxation of muscles,give warm milk before sleep this will induce sleep.
