#asktheexperts Dr. my daughter just started going to school. she's 2.7 years old. Earlier to immune her we were giving haldi milk to her. Now she's having severe constipation. so we stopped that. How to immune her because she is falling sick most of the time

A. Turmeric milk does not create constipation it’s a misconception specially turmeric it never creates a problem of constipation to the child maybe your child is not having sufficient amount of liquid and fibre that is constipation may just include both the things to the regular diet of your child
