Q.

#asktheexperts Dr 4 days before me and my son had fever and we takes medicines as per prescription.baby is not eating food for last 3 days and whenever i give him medicine he vomits and food also he vomits.only 2 spoons will he eats.today he had his breakfast and lunch no issues but now after having his dinner he suddenly vomits the dinnerfood.he is not having temparature he drinks breastmilk all time.why he vomits?

A. Hi mom Vomiting is due to poor digestion. Give curd at the room temperature, coconut water, Banana etc to improve the digestion of the baby.. Secondly give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice, cerelac etc for few days and give very little.. Look for the signs when baby is full and does not want to eat more. Do not give after that so that baby does not vomit.
