#asktheexperts doctor my son stool is in wheat color and is like sticky and bad smell is coming... is this infection

if he is active then it's normsl.
look what you feed him.
avoid offering exvessive sticky food, outside, junk food, fried spicy food.
give him natural probiotics on daily basis.
