A. It is of course not good but it can also be an indication towards anxiety stress or PICA or lack of confidence because a lot of kids do it out of these things only and you should actually monitor the behaviour of the child to know and understand what is the reason also in the meanwhile I would recommend you to start with the calcium supplement for your child
