Q.

#asktheexperts Doctor last night my 15 month was having cough and 103 fever and even after medicine it wasn't going down so I took him to the hospital but after six hours it's again going to 101.5. i want to know how much time it will take to get normal and any suggestions.

A. U Siri fever can take about 72 hours to subside completely and if it doesn’t go within 72 hours then you have to go for a blood test to figure out whether it is a viral infection or some another issue associated with that but the good part is the fever has come down to one zero one it is going to reduce gradually it’s much better than one 03 because that’s a really high temperature
