#asktheexperts Doctor I want to start formula feed to my baby along with breastfeed, but I don’t understand how to start. Pls guide

Hello mom you may select any formula brand which is easily available and on the pack you have instruction mentioned on the number of scoops and water and the feed quantity for the age . Also check the age appropriate feed you have 0-6 months and 6 -12 months

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can begin with formula milk to your baby. In the beginning give only small quantity so that baby gets used to it. As with passing days, baby will get used to it, you can increase the quantity. And give in a gap of 3 to 4 hours. You can even give alternatively to breast feed.
