Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. as a mother it is advisable to go for home based diet for yourself. also it should be clear in your mind that any food consumed by the mother will not cause any side effects to the child so as a mother you can consume all types of food which is made at home. also if by chance you develop any gas problem it is not transferred to the child which is a very common myth. you can take food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily and try to drink at least 500 ml milk everyday

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
