A. Hello! You can start giving your child a staple breakfast like poha, Idly, Dosa, vegetable Upma, ragi, oats, varieties, and so on. For lunch and dinner, it is again that I will, Roti, Sabzi, soups, Khichdi, rasam rice, curd rice , and so on.
