Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

she can be given two meals and two breakfasts
soups probiotics meshed vegetables and fruits, khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge
almost everything made for the other family members can be given to her
but please avoid, maida items , packaged food, spicy and excess salt sugar food
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
