start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet.
drink lukewarm water.

Regularly apply coconut oil or almond oil to your hair. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
