ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 days agoA. Namaste Mom, Would be ideal if you could make it at home - mix of dals and rice so it should be the ratio of 2 part of rice with dals, and wash , sun dry them , and then dry roast and make a fine powder and mix altogether in an airtight container,

Give a new food, preferably in the morning. Continue with breastfeeding. You should be giving your child two healthy homemade meals in a day.
