#asktheexperts can you let me know when can I start with non veg for my 7 months old girl. Haven’t even introduced eggs yet..

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion please avoid to give them this ge. and please give your baby egg after completion of eight months. and start nonveg soup after nine months. take care
