Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. yes u can give Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive entzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

Simethicone acts in the stomach and intestines to change the surface tension of gas bubbles, enabling smaller bubbles to form bigger bubbles.
