Neema JainMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy1 week agoA. Yes you can. There is no age for starting swarnaprashan, but I would still recommend you start after baby turns 1, as most products contains honey. If you want to start before your child turns one, then you should try baby organo's. I am giving my kid for the past 4-5 years, and this is the only product I trust
