Give your child easily digestible homemade foods and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the diet. Barley water can be given to the baby when dehydrated during summers. Speak to your doctor for further advice.

Hello ma’am Yes in fact the right age to introduce ragi is after the age of 8 to 9 months only because it is not very easy for the child to digest it at an early age but slowly gradually once the body gets used to all kind of food then you if you introduce ragi then it is perfectly so as of now if you want to introduce it is healthy also it is the right time as well
