RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. 10 drops h can give to the child and u can repeat it after 6 hours everything and if the child doesn’t get better with 3 days of the medication and then h can check with your doc for further assistance and treatment to follow as this wouldn’t b a normal fever
