Q.
#asktheexperts Can we give deworming medicine to kid (24 months) before 6 months? After vaccination of MCV vaccine (due at 24 months) it was written in prescription (already deworming medicine is given in May 2024).

worm infections are not very common before one year of age.
if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occur.
it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child is suffering from worms problem.
usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a multiple dose

No deworming medication can only be defeated after six months not before that so make sure that you do not do it it is not considered healthy further if you have any kind of a doubt associated with this any further please take it up with your doctor for the clarity
