#asktheexperts Can mother's diet be one of the causes of colic in babies. If so then what are the foods need to be avoided?

A. dear mum, no, mother's diet cannot be the cause of colic in baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby. you can eat all types of foods.
