A. yes
you can go for mosquito repellent cream application on the skin of the child. eg odomos, mama earth etc
but first you have to confirm whether it is causing skin allergy or not so just apply very small amount on any part of the skin and observe for 1 to 2 hours and if it is not causing any allergic reaction or reddning then it is not causing allergy and it can be applied on the skin of the child. they are advisable only after completion of one year of age of the child.
at the same time it is imxportant to see that the child doesn't put the cream in the oral cavity otherwise it can cause toxicity
