ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear expressed breast milk can be stored at room temperature for 6 hours. it can also be stored in chiller section of fridge for 24 hours . this milk should then be brought to room temperature by keeping the milk vessel in a pot containing hot water. do not heat breast milk over direct flame.
