#asktheexperts can i start solid food to my baby who is 16 weeks old now. if not then what can i start to give?? he is totally on mother feed

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon you should definitely give only mothers milk to the baby till completion of six months after that you can try to give your child semi solid food as well as water there is no problem
