RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl12 hours agoA. If you’re comfortable doing sponge please go ahead with that we usually recommend you that you should do ice cube or you should keep cold pack onto that area that’s much better than sponge but if you’re comfortable with sponge you do that no problem
