#asktheexperts can I introduce soids my son is going b 6months for now... if ye.. how may scoops of cerelac can I feed him with

A. dear mum, if your baby has completed 6 months, then you can introduce solids. however, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac and prefer to give homemade food. you can give homemade cerelac. begin with 3-4 teaspoons and gradually increase the quantity up to half katori every time.
