Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi better to give egg twice in a week but if a child is feeling comfortable with it and it's Quantity too then it is ok to give . try to give variation in your child diet so that your child can get all essential nutrients from different food items ,in adequate quantities too
