As the child is now one year old all family foods can be given , avoid as much as you can all packaged and ready to mix foods,

No it would not be enough for your child you should make sure that you’re giving proper food to the child whatever you’re making at home is the right food to be given to the child giving these things are not going to be enough for the growth and weight gain of the child
