#asktheexperts can I give my child formula milk ??? he is 20 day old newborn.my nipple is sore and painful during breastfeeding.

Okay yes if that is such a bad situation you can give formula to the child but on your nipples I would advise you to apply Boroline regularly so they do not become cracked or sore and apart from that for the time being if you want you can also start using Babyhug nipple shield which is going to help in protecting and avoiding this kind of problem in the nipples
