ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, you should not give food to your 5 months 2 days old baby. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

You have to wait till you baby turned six months old. Till the time baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months
