#asktheexperts can I give atta Maggie to my baby boy.

A. please avoid.! No Cerelac, biscuits, backery items, maghi, cornflakes...etc and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. prefer to give only home cooked food

A. Avoid giving Noodles and Maggie to the baby at such a young age. In fact, do not feed packaged foods to the baby for as long as possible. Though, it is claimed that these are completely healthy, there is refined flour and other ingredients which are not favorable for them. Moreover, at a certain age, it will be difficult for you to control what your kids eat, therefore it is better to not develop the habit of eating junk foods for as long as possible.
