ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, ideally you should exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months. It is most nutritious, supports growth and is complete food for baby. Avoid giving formula.
