A. hello on the first month babies birth will drop first and then baby starts gaining and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 150g to 200 g per week means it is a good weight gain and if incase the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
