Vitamin D3 can be given to the child in the morning empty stomach if you want that kind of vitamin gas can be given you cannot give it after the feeding because if you give any vitamin after the feed the child will vomit and if you have to then maintain a gap of at least 1 1/2 hours between milk and the supplement
