A. Hello mom it’s very important for them to avoid iron rich foods and fortified foods with iron .. but they are other nutritional so healthy foods which are whole grains and cereals, dals and chana , rajma etc ,fruits and vegetables can be given . Avoid green leafy vegetables, animal foods - fish , liver , chicken , eggs etc ,
