Thermophob ointment UK apply as of now that would be a good option prior to that keep some ice cube or cold pack on that area which will help in reducing the swelling and you can use this 3 to 4 times in the day and if needed please check with your doctor also

Definitely needs a personal medical attention to understand what exactly is the severity of the condition and how to go with the treatment. Keep your Dr informed about this concern.
