Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Exclusively breastfed babies do not pass stools sometimes even for a week. It is normal as long as the baby is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort symptoms like persistent, crying or pain or unable to feed well. If there are no symptoms of discomfort that shouldn’t be any problem. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand.
