#asktheexperts , baby not getting sleep in night most time and continue urge for milk but mothers unable to feed the same and feeling depressed due to sleep problem. please suggest for mothers mental health

A. There is no point getting depressed these things are very normal and you have doctors available to assist you please I would advise you to consult a lactation specialist because if you will be depressed or have negative hormones it will be passing to your child through your milk so please stay happy and healthy for your child
