A. Dear mum, you should give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your home. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates.
